Each candidate that goes through the ClientMatch Matrix™ screening process is scored and matched to each unique client with a similar score. This ensures that our client’s needs are met.
Before the first date of service, a needs assessment is conducted for each client. A Threat Assessment Team (TAT), or officer, formulates the needs assessment report. This report is based on the needs the client has determined as well as the team or officer’s findings. Upon completion, the report is reviewed with the client and client score is given for each client site. Subsequently, a security officer, with a similar score is then assigned to the client site.
